Women are more than their title!

How many times have you been sitting at a conference table and the Chair of the meeting asks for introductions and that the members share a tidbit about themselves with the group? If you have actively listened you will notice that the majority of the men talk about their accomplishments and even go on to list why they were selected as a committee member. Whereas the women share that they are married, with children, and may even share theIr number of grandchildren. Now there is nothing wrong with being a wife, mother, and grandmother, however...aren’t you more than that title? Or on the other end of the spectrum, you are one of those women who do not share about their private life with the group because you identify yourself by your other title: a business owner, CEO, skilled laborer, or some other professional. What happens to you when all of a sudden you lose this title? Now what “are“ you? I am here to help you realize that you are so much more than your title! Whether it be wife, mother, CEO, dental hygienist, or some other professional, or a mixture of all the above.
